Vintage 1890’s hand made Butter Churn

I saw this at the yard sale many years ago. I didn’t know what it was, but I thought I had to buy it one day. I’ll find out google lens help me do that. Now that I’ve seen other pictures I can see that that’s exactly what it was. It’s really a remarkable piece of craftsmanship. All of the slats of wood are cut on the right degree. You can see looking at the bottom that they use pitch to seal up the joints are.
